For four decades, Church lived and painted at Olana—a haven for his family that he described as “the center of the world.”

Olana, a National Historic Landmark, is one of the most important artistic residences in the world. Open to the public, Olana is owned and operated by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and supported by its non-profit collaborator The Olana Partnership. Both organizations work together to ensure Church’s legacy for future generations. back
