All of Olana’s menus change seasonally ensuring that only the freshest ingredients available are being served.

At Olana, our menus are designed to allow each guest to design their own dining experience based on a format of one to six courses from the appetizer, pasta, fish, meat, or daily specials sections. The Chef’s philosophy is to encourage the guest to explore and taste as many different courses from the menu as possible. We want each guest to enjoy and understand the full interpretation of our seasonal menu and how it relates to both the traditional French and Italian influences which inspired this food and cuisine.  back
